CRISP WINTER AIR

The last snowfall was here for a day,
It got warmer and melted away.
We got more last-night though,
This is the one.
So pretty and white,
Just begging for fun.
It was so cold out,
You know what they say.
Brass monkeys without balls,
You could see them that day.

Another Christmas has come and gone,
The tree is down, the year moves on.
Memories to cherish of family and friends,
The day is over, the moment ends.
One thing to remember in the following year,
How wonderful it was to have Them all here.
